Have I mentioned how much I love working on ferals? Because I do ^^ This was a refreshing break from my usual anthro commissions.
fa mch ordered this one, with his wolf and Miser the fox. Miser's hair simply would not cooperate so no hair for you! I've done both of these guys' ref sheets in the past, and enjoy working on them (and other commissioners' characters) again as I slowly evolve my style. I really enjoy the single layer shading style I've picked up, though this time I added several filters/textures since the characters have non-complicated pelts. Though it's a simple background MCH wanted a night like theme.. I was going for a full moon light sort of thing but looking at it now I think it got a bit bright, probably because its still snowy here so moonlight is a bit brighter from the snow reflection.

I wonder what they're dreaming? Or what they talked about before falling asleep?

Edit: Made a slightly darker version to give to the two character owners, but I like the original so I won't update the submission here ^^
